    Better option for you will be regenerating thumbnail.
    You can use regenerate thumbnail plugin
    Activate the plugin.
    After activating the plugin go to Tools you will see Regenerate thumbnail and again check your site.
    If you problem is not fixed you can report.

    No, these are just thumbnails that are being generated by WordPress. The original image won’t be damaged or else.

    This isn’t possible without some coding work. If you’re familiar with coding, you could create a child theme and then modify the function mh_magazine_lite_post_meta(); as you like. The function is located within the file /includes/mh-custom-functions.php.
