If you Change slider text on center .

for this use below code in custom css field (theme customize panel>> Header settings option >> custom css >> paste below css code in custom css box)

And change the call us now text, use the appointment info widget section.(theme dashboard >> appereance >> widgets).

I am using that dimension. That snapshot is from demo on your site. I see like that in all browsers. On laptop is ok, but on 22″ monitor is like that. Now I changed another slider with plugin. Thanks.
