Change source directory for slides

Hi Stfan,
I look after a WP site for a camera club with about 100 members.
That’s a lot of photos to manage so I want to have each members images in their own directory eg: wp-content/uploads/000 (000 would be the members number)
Is it possible to point the insert image slide button to a directory of my choice rather than the standard media library?
