change state abbreviation for complete name

Hi,

My issue is when a customer finishes an order. After that, either the costumer or the me (the admin) we see just the abbreviation for the state. It happens everywhere, in the emails, in the order details, in the admin panel… and it happens just if the plugin “Woocommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife” is activated. If I deactivate it shows the complete state name correctly.

Any solution?
