    Hey, I have the following problem: I have a custom status set: “Awaiting Bank Transfer.” When the status changes from “Awaiting Bank Transfer” to, for example, “Cancelled,” emails to customers are not being sent, even though they should be. Everything works fine when statuses change between default ones.
    Thanks in advance for help or any hints.
