• Please help. My blog is broken and I think I know why, but I don’t know how to fix it.

My current blog is arranged like this:
    Wordpress address –> https://www.mydomain.com/myfirstblog
    Site address –> https://www.myfirstblog.com

I want to start a second blog so I activated multisite in 3.0 with the plan to migrate myfirstblog to be one of the multisites. I didn’t migrate it right away because it looks like I’ll have to choose a new theme before I can successfully upgrade myfirstblog to 3.0.

When I created the multisite, I was not given the choice of whether I wanted my sites as subdirectories or subdomains. My only choice was subdomains, so I created a new site as a subdomain: https://www.mysecondblog.mydomain.com.

Now myfirstblog is broken. The homepage shows but none of the links to pages or individual posts work. They all lead to 404 errors. Is this because I set up the multisite for subdomains? If so, can I change it to create subdirectories rather than subdomains? How do I do that and will that allow myfirstblog to work until I’m ready to migrate it?
