Change Subscription Start Date/Time

I use MailPoet to send out LearnDash program ‘Module now available’ notifications in a Multisite install.

There are two members that I added after the main group but I want them to be getting the emails the same time as the others.

How can I change their start date/time in a specific list without messing up the sequence they are in now (#5 of 35)?

I am somewhat familiar with Epoch & Unix Timestamp and looking in the database. I just can’t find anything in the user_meta that makes sense.
