Thanks for reaching out! The success message can be altered by logging into WordPress, clicking Plugins on the left sidebar, and then clicking “Edit” under MailChimp. That will take you to the mailchimp.php file. Once there, you’ll want to search for the mc_success_msg class, edit the success message as desired, then click “Update File” to save your changes.
As a head’s up, it’s possible that future updates to the plugin may wipe out those alterations – because that is the case, we recommend reviewing the code after any updates to make sure the proper success message is still displayed and make edits as needed.
