Change Template Header

Downloaded this theme.
I can’t figure out how in the world to change the top left header. the “PRESSblog” and subtext.

I looked in the header.php file. Those words don’t exist. I did a find and replace using Coda and it never picked them up. It’s not an image either cause it wasn’t in the files.
Where is it? Any help would be great. I don’t know much coding, just enough to get by.
