Change Templates in WP Bootstrap?

I am using the WP Bootstrap theme. I really like it but I am not able to change the templates used on each page. Is there a way to change that so I can create more templates?

Is there a way to get the top links on the drop downs to work (the link you click on to get the drop down to show up)?
