    Hi, just for testing purposes can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen? This is for the left alignment of your form. By default when you install the plugin the forms are aligned left, however in your case the form is more aligned to the right which is a bit odd. This is due to your themes behavior.

    In regards to changing colors please see the following label color documentation. For the field colors see the following documentation.

    Hi, in regards to your second question. You we need to first find out how to move the form to the left. Then you can concentrate on the second question.
