Change text color in page header

Hi,
Changing the Primary Color from Customizer > Theme Options > Styling > Base Colors should change the color of the active link as you wanted. However, if it is not working in your site, other setting might be affecting it. So, can you please provide the site URL so that I can check and provide a proper solution.

My problem was that the screen shots indicate: Theme Options -> General
where as it actually is: Theme Options -> Post/Page/Blog -> General

There is no difference for those in the menu level indicator in the upper left corner.
