Change text descriptions/text input in text fields

Hi, how can I change the text in the text description field?
For example, if a user has not received any compliments yet the message dispalyed is:
“Sorry, no Compliments just yet.”

Or for my profile if I have not received any yet:
“Aw, you have no Compliment yet. To get some try sending Compliment to others.”

I can see when I click on the WP compliments tab: Compliment Types that for a split second there appears a text descriptor field where I assume previously it was possible to edit the text users can see. But this text field disappears after a split second only to leave the option to add or remove compliments.

Could you pls add this text description field back by any chance?
