Change text of “back to catalog” link on product view

Hi, (I’m on the free plan)
Is it possible to change the “back to catalog” link text in product view so it says “continue shopping” ? Ideally, I would prefer to hide the link and add a continue shopping button instead….if that is possible.Thank you
