Change Text to Links Automatically

Hello, I did a search to find a plug in that will allow me to convert text to predefined links (including affiliate tracking codes) automatically.

For example, let’s say I type the word Hawaii in a post. Or a visitor types the word Hawaii in a comment. The plug in would automatically link the word Hawaii to my Orbitz with my affiliate tracking code.

The only plug-in I could find that had this ability was WP-o-Matic

However, this plug-in is for syndicating feeds and changing words into links.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
