Change the admin add new page lables with hooks

    I would like to add a custom link to the Add New Page > Page Attribute > Below or above the “Template Field”. Please check my screenshot: https://prntscr.com/o3pjut

    Before Gutenberg, I simply used to “page_attributes_meta_box_template” action to add my custom stuffs. Now, how can I make it in Gutenberg UI?
    Generally, is it possible in current version of WordPress with Gutenberg interface?
