change the color of the frame when hovering

    Hello, I would like to change the color of the frame when hovering over an article in my carousel.

    I managed to change the color of the active dot with the CSS below but I can’t do the same for the frame:

    .psac-slider-and-carousel .owl-dots .owl-dot.active {
    background: #9c0c00;
    }

    Can anyone help me with this?
