Change the footer widget title color

I would like to change the color of the footer widgets titles to #3b8dbd but cannot find a past post to assist. I have managed to change the footer widget text color using ‘#footer .widget {
color: #ffffff}’ but cannot work out the widget title code. Any help would be gratefully received.
