• Is there a way to change the “from” field?

    I am using a domain specific email to send the form and is is working perfectly. However, my clients want to use their gmail account. I have set the domain specific email to forward to gmail, but it is going into the SPAM folder. I am using GoDaddy hosting. I am thinking that if I can change the email address the shows up in the From address when it sends from the form to the domain specific email instead of the person’s email address that is sending the form, that might solve it.

    Or if you have another solution, I am open to trying anything.

    My form is sending perfectly. I just want to know if there is a way to change the “from” field when the form sends me the email? Instead of the from being the email of the person filling out the form, I would like it to be my email address.

    Yes, I know about that setting, but that is the email that is sent to the user who fills out the form, not the email that is sent to me.

    I would like to set the form to always be sent from the same email. However, since my form is currently letting the user enter an email address it is being sent ‘from’ that email address. How do I fix that?

    Hi @lori B, I am not sure if you can change that setting to include your own e-mail. I have checked all over the plugin settings and I can’t find a way to change that option. I am sorry I cannot help you any further with your question.
