Change the image on every page, for this first of all get your page id to the following link:

https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/how-to-find-the-page-id-in-wordpress/,

https://danielsantoro.com/3-easy-ways-find-page-id-wordpress/

then paste the folloiwng css code in additional css field:

.page-id-16 .item { background-image: url(https://www.cavendishhr.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/adult-blur-business-630839.jpg) !important; }

Similarly, you can change the image while getting the id of the pages

Change background image URL as you need.
