Change the home link

Hi there, I have just installed wordpress, I wish to change the ‘Home’ link on the front page. Is this possible. my blog is located at blog.mydomain.com and i wish to change the url of the home link to be mydomain.com and then have another one called blog home which would be the actual blog at blog.mydomain.com
