Hi @randon
Our plugin uses native WordPress translation system integrated with www.ads-software.com, if you’re using some third party plugin that takes control over language settings it may cause conflicts.
In any case I doubt that in case of conflict only our plugin would struggle.
Please process with these steps:
- Make sure your website language Settings->General->Site Language is set to “English (United States)”
- Make sure your user language is set to “English (United States)” as well. Users -> Profile -> Language.
- Once you do that, go to Dashboard -> Updates and find “Check again” button and click it. Then you may notice at the bottom “Translations” section, here you should be able to click on button “Update Translations”.
If you don’t see any “Translations” section in Updates section of WordPress or there is just no “Update Translations” button, it means that all of your translations are up to date.
It’s important to set the English version as (United States). It should work for others as well, but US is the one I am fully sure that should work.
Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
Thank you!
