Change the ‘Leave this blank if the location is not important’ text

I am only accepting remote positions. I want to change the text that says

Leave this blank if the location is not important

to

Please type ‘Remote’ as we only accept remote positions. Please specify if there are location restrictions (i.e. U.S. Only, EST Time Zone only etc.)

How do I do this?
