Change the name of author for a post

I want to change the name of author for a post. I understand this is possible through Screen Options, under which ticking Author Box option.
However, for the website under reference, Screen Options not showing Author Box option.(Refer screenshot https://sdslinks.blogspot.com/2019/06/blog-post_26.html).
