Change the Name of the "Home" Page in a Specific Language

Hi Polylang folks,
I was wondering if there was a way to change the name of the “Home” page in a specific language? I can’t seem to find it.
Turkish defaults to “Ba?langi?” and I would like it to be “Ana Sayfa.”
