    Hello,
I am using the free version of Qi Theme. https://www.paulaloisi.com/portfolio-category/language-structures/
I have created Portfolios for 11 (eleven) artworks. On the portfolio-category page which I have linked above, there are only 9 portfolio feature images shown. An error 404 message is returned when the user navigates to page2 using the pagination (1,2,>) at the bottom of the screen.
I do not see portfolio page options (# of portfolios to show at most) on the Qi theme Reading Settings.
Is there a way to change the number of portfolios to show on each page? (ie, 12 or 16 or more…)
    Thank-you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Please navigate to your Portfolio List on that page and go ahead to Query > Posts per page, do set it to 11 or more if you wish the list to display more of your items.

    The default number is 9.

    We hope this helped.

    Best,

Thank you for your advice. Is the function you described available with the free version of the theme? I am using the free version and am not using Portfolio List since it is locked in Elementor on my version. I am not able to navigate to the page as you have suggested.
Is there another way to increase the number of portfolios per page ?@

    Hi there,

Ok, so we assume you have a category page which by default is set to 9. Please continue the conversation with our agents so they can check this in detail.

We will get back to you here as well as soon as we do have additional information.

I did initiate a ticket with your support agents. It did not go well after I granted the agent Admin user status to my wordpress page they proceeded to destroy the functionality of the site. The communication is below, they asked for my FTP login credentials, but I’m way too nervous to give them that level of access to my hosting. I’m currently screwed and not even able to log onto the WordPress admin page at all since the crash. I think my only option is to wipe and re-install wordpress on my ftp and completely re-create the website from scratch. What do you think I should do?

    Hi there,

That way they can revert the changes made and you will be able to use the website, so please continue the conversation over there.

    Thank you for your patience.
