Change the order of payment buttons

    Hi,

    By default the PayPal button seems to be always positioned first and then the last is usually Debit or Credit Cards button.

    My customers don’t use PayPal account that much. Is it possible to move up the Debit or Credit Cards button to be the first one?

    The order of smart buttons within the PayPal gateway cannot be modified at this time, and PayPal will always be the first option.

    However, you can enable the Separate Card Button from PayPal gateway setting in the Standard Payments tab to move the Standard Card Button into a separate payment gateway: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#standard-card-button

    This way, there will be one gateway for the PayPal button (and APMs) and a second one with only the Standard Card Button.

    From the Payments tab in the WooCommerce settings, you could then move the Standard Card Button gateway above the PayPal gateway to have it selected as the default option.

    Alternatively, when operating from a supported region, you could also sign up for, and enable the Advanced Card Processing to host the card fields directly on your site without the need for the black Standard Card Button.
