Change the order of Widgets

  • In Default Widgets the 1st sidebar widget

    But if I add anything to widget, they will disappear. I would like to have

    another widget in the 1st sidebar widget and in the 2nd sidebar widget with icons

    but if I add “Twitter #1” then, the icon will disappear and it is not the same way.

    I also would like to add “Subscribe Subscribe to my blogs feed.” How can I do it?

  • As soon as you add a widget to your sidebar, the default content will be removed. This is standard WordPress behaviour. Try looking for new widgets or plugins that you can install to replace the lost default content.

    Thank you very much for your advice. I tried to search plugins that I can install to replace the lost default content, but I could not. Therefore, I tried to cut and paste the default content in the 1st sidebar to the 2nd sidebar in sidebar.php but it did not work.
