Change the original publish date to revision publish date

    Would it be possible to change the original posts publish date to the revision publish date?

    @haleeben, I would need to make this an option or a setting. There are use-cases where maintaining the original post date is important. I’ll leave this ticket open until I can think of a good way to implement this.

    It’s overwriting the original post’s publish date for me. How can I stop that?
