Change the priority level using a code-snippet

I’m trying to get my sharing buttons to go in the middle of my Starbox plugin and Related posts plugin. The problem is that both plugins operate on priority level 9.
I’d like to insert a code snippet, with this plugin, to change the priority number of Starbox. What code do I need insert?
