change the search resutls

hi there

i wonder if there’s any way to change the results i get back from the search bar..

i mean, if I search for an user, it shows to me a suggestion that leads to the user profile page, but is there a way to when I get the suggestions, it shows me as an card with all the important information about the user?

don’t know if i am being clear..
currently when i look for an user, it appears like this

what i want is this same informations appearing like this

is this related to the plugin or to the theme?
