change the site url from temporary one to the domain

hello guys, i kinda work something out, finally to get wordpress installed with the temporary url : https://199.201.89.29/~stefan
but things is how i change to the domain i want : “https://postgaming.com”
i did exactly follow step by step with this guide directly in the datebase
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Changing_The_Site_URLbut turns out it’s not working, so i upload my original database back..
my question is anything i missed? maybe i need to do something with the DNS settings on postgaming.com domain panel? if so what should i change? thanksssss
