Change the splash screen text

    Hi,

    When adding your first video to a playlist,
    There’s an option to set a splash screen text.
    But after adding a few videos I can’t find that text.

    It only appears when adding the first video, how do I change it?

  • Hello EMar,

    when you build a playlist, only the first video appears in the player initially. The other videos are only visible as thumbnails below that “main” video.

    So the splash text can only show for that first video. Hence no way of adding it for the other videos in the playlist.

    Please let us know if you have some idea of when it could appear. Maybe when switching from one video to another, but that’s just a second or two while the video loads, so that does not seem worthwhile.

    I’m not sure how else you could implement that text,
    But I think it should be changeable somewhere.

    For instance, if you entered the splash screen text for the 1st video,
    You can’t change it later, even if you made a mistake in the text spelling.

    You can always change it, as long as it’s the first playing item.
