change the status of several orders

Within the WooCommerce > Orders section, you can use checkboxes to select multiple orders and then update their status in bulk.

It would also be possible to update order statuses by using a plugin to export the orders, change the status within the exported CSV file and reimport those again. These are good recommendations:
