Of course you can do this as followings:

[scf-post-next label="After"]

Notice the “label” parameter of the short codes.

If you use the GUI mode to insert the short code (i.e. clicking Shortcode Factory green gear icon in post editor), you will get it more easily. This GUI is also useful for generating short code with desired parameters only.
