change the title of the “news” section on the home page

This can be easily changed via theme options in paid version of the theme, the Auberge Plus. https://www.webmandesign.eu/portfolio/auberge-plus-wordpress-theme/

Other than that please use a code in your child theme to change this heading text. (Please understand, that I can not help with this code as it is part of paid version of the theme.)
