Change the Title of the page in template

  • Can I add words from a template to the yoast title?

    I’m using a page template to show information in a country

    I need to change the title of the page in the template depending on the Get parameter country.

    It was working before I install yoast.

    For example:
    the page /country has the title Country information
    the page /country/Spain has the title Country information (and should be Spain Country information)

    Can I do this?
