Change the word 'page' in permalinks?

Is it possible to change the word ‘page’ in the permalinks to something else?

e.g. to change https://mysite.com/page/3 to https://mysite.com/pagina/3?

I’ve looked at the various rewrite filters but can’t figure out if it’s possible.
