Change Ticker Font Color

I’m having the hardest time figuring out how to change the news ticker font color to just plain white. I can change it in the visual editor, but that’s not a great solution, because then I can’t read the tick content after I change the color.

Would love a bit of CSS I can just dump into the customizer.
