Change time of backup?

Hi,

Is it possible to alter the time the backup is set to run?
Sorry if this is somewhere obvious, I couldn’t see it.

It seems to set the time for backup when you install the plugin and set it up.

If i wanted the plugin to run at say 3 a.m. – can i do that without being up at 3 a.m. when setting it up?
