Change time stamp of attachment posts

I recently added some images to older posts using the Gallery functionality but figured out that the attachments get the time stamp of date&time of upload, not of the post they are connected to.

Is it possible to somehow change the attachment posts so that all “children” posts get the same time stamp as the parent? This way they also show up in the correct months in the media library.
