• We have implemented the V3 captcha with your plugin on our registration page using your guide to add it to a custom form.
    Unfortunately, we have noted several users fail the challenge because they are lingering on the page too long.

    Is there any way to increase the length of time the captcha is valid for, or, is there a way to refresh the captcha. I believe V2 had something like the grecaptcha.reset() command that you could put as a callback in a setInterval – is this still valid with the V3? Will it work with this plugin if it is?

  • This functionality is not available. We will consider it, and if we deem it necessary, we will make the necessary changes to the plugin.

    hi. I have the same problem and i was just looking for a solution in the forum. I am not sure if it matters but i have the premium version purchased.
    A lot of customers getting invalid cacpha on the checkout page because they take too long
    also, my contact form for returns has a lot of info to complete, and thus it expires

    This is great news!
    While I had to pull the integration from our custom forms, we still use the plugin site wide, so this will be a huge benefit for users who linger on “regular” pages.

    Hello! I’m also experiencing this issue (premium version), where the amount of information required on the form often runs into a timeout for users trying to submit the form. I’ve followed this thread, and particularly your note (@georgesupport) about the latest plugin update.

    There was indeed a new release after your most recent post, v1.62. The changelog doesn’t mention anything about timeout. I have two sites using this plugin on v1.62, but we are still experiencing the timeout approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds after the page loads.

    Can you confirm the status of this bug fix? Please let me know if any additional information from me will be helpful in responding to this. Thanks!
