Just add below css in your plugin accordion custom css field –

#accordion_pro_614 .wpsm_panel-title > a{
     padding : 8px 15px 8px 50px !important
}

Please try it and then let me know.

It does not change anything ??

I have changed the line-height from 1.5 to 1.0, now it is a bit smaller.

#accordion_pro_614 .wpsm_panel-title > a { line-height: 1.0 !important }

Better than nothing. But if You find another idea, let it know me, I will try it.
