Change Title Font Size Not Working

I purchased the Photo Gallery upgrade and am using the Slideshow setting. Within the theme options I set the title font size but not matter what I change it to the font size itself hasn’t changed. I would like to make it smaller. You can see an example at https://ecbiz173.inmotionhosting.com/~xtcdes5/portfolio/kitchen-design/. Would there be a reason why the other theme settings work but not the Title Font Size?
