Change title in header – How??

That’s an image included in your theme. You need to find the image (here it is: https://youdamom.com/wp-content/themes/flowers/images/header.png ) and change it in a image program.

You’ll have to use an Image software program, like:
https://gimp.org to adjust that ok. =)
