change title site and Site Description place to right minamaze theme

This should be possible with some custom CSS. Since the theme has it’s own custom CSS tab which is located in Appearance >> Theme Options >> General Settings >> Custom CSS so please try adding the following code there:

#header-links {
float: left;
}

#logo {
float: right;
}

This should swap positions between logo and navigation. If this doesn’t work could you please post link to your site so I can take a look?

i have other problem
my site is persian language
so when i publish post on home page
line and words is not sort on preview post in my home page
