change top menu buttons and footer area color

Hi,
I need to change the color of the top menu buttons and the footer area to the same green as the logo in the website: https://betterlifenutrition.com.au

I would like the menu buttons to be green then white or pale grey on hover. The footer area I would like to be all the same green as the logo.

If I could also get the grey bar above the sidebar items (widget areas) to the same green that would be awesome.
