Change/Update/Delete Google Drive

    What does this mean, “Note: if this is on an existing install with Google Drive already setup then you will want to clear your saved Google Drive settings, the easiest way to do this is to use the link in your Google Drive settings.”

    I’ve had UP for years. It suddenly stopped working – it’s backing up to somewhere, but I don’t know where or what drive (the last back up on my drive is 7/31). I want to reset it and start over but I have no idea what this first sentence means.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the confusion we are in the process of updating these pages. The sentence is referring to removing the existing Google Drive settings if they are already set up.

    If you wish to reset the plugin I would recommend using the UpdraftPlus >> Advanced Tools >> Wipe Settings button. It won’t remove any of your backups – just re-enter your backup schedule and remote storage location connections on the Settings tab.
