change uploads folder on WP 4.0

    I am running multisite Debian-style wordpress 4.0 website.

    With Debian style I mean that:
    I have a common folder where all the wordpress files are (/www/htdocs/wordpress/), the wp-config.php file is a special one that gets the $_SERVER[‘HTTP_HOST’] and loads a different config file for each website, with different userdtabase, database, etc…

    Is there any variable I can setup in the wp-config file in order to change the folder where all the uploads files are stored?

    I try with UPLOADS variable but It is not working, I think is not compatible with 4.0.

    I googling a lot, but I did not find anything regarding 4.0.
