Change URL but keep template

I have not uploaded a site I started to build on a WP template, which I loaded up with widgets and so on, after much thought. Which caused me to realize my url name was inappropriate to what I want to do on that site, so I bought a new url.

HOw do I keep what I’ve done, but give it the new url address? It’s hosted at FatCow.
